Jasper graduated with a LL.B. (Hons) University of Malaya (UM) degree in June 2012.

In December 2012, Jasper read in chamber at Messrs. Chur Associates. He was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor in High Court of Malaya in June 2013. Then, he practised as a lawyer involving in corporate and commercial matters in Messrs. Chur Associates for more than two (2) years.

In December 2015, Jasper ceased legal practice and joined Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) as a policy officer in the Strategy and Policy Review Department. In MCMC, Jasper gained experience in reviewing and developing the policy and regulatory framework of communications and multimedia industry in Malaysia.

In March 2019, Jasper returned to legal practice and joined EZ Pang & Co as one of the partners.
